Shipping & Returns

Hooyee works a little differently than other shopping websites you may have visited or purchased from in the past.

We quote 7-21 days for delivery of all products in order to offer the reductions from the recommended retail price that we do.

Once your order has been approved you can check its status by visiting My Account, My Orders.

You will receive confirmation via email once your order has been dispatched, and you will then be given a unique tracking ID to track its progress.

Any order placed on can be returned within 7 days from receipt of the product.

We will happily credit your Hooyee account for any item returned if the item does not fit, or if you change your mind once you have received the product.

If the product is received damaged or incorrect we will pay for all return postage and refund your credit card once the return has been evaluated.

To return a product please visit My Account, My Returns and lodge a new return request. Our returns team will get back to you with a unique returns number and our returns address as quickly as possible.
